ABOUT ME!
I'm a Senior in the BFA Musical Theatre major at Indiana University. I had a much later introduction to Musical Theatre compared to many others, starting my involvement in Musical Theatre at the age of fifteen when I auditioned for my high school’s production of Guys and Dolls. I studied acting and voice at a local studio named The Jet Pac, in Houston, Texas, before heading to Indiana. Throughout my childhood, I had a great interest for sports, growing up playing baseball, soccer, and basketball competitively. I've always had a passion for the arts, putting on multiple performances around my household and in the shower since a very young age. I'm extremely grateful to be a part of the BFA Musical Theatre program at Indiana University, and to be studying under such an amazing faculty. Just recently, I also found a new passion of mine, which is directing. I directed my first Musical, Be More Chill, and found that I love every single thing about the directing process. The one thing I loved most about it was the collaboration between the music director and choreographer bringing our visions for the show to life. It was such a magical process, and I hope to direct another musical in the near future. Following graduation, I plan to move to New York City and pursue a professional career in Musical Theatre.
